Playbook UI
A workflow management app for teams that run the same process over and over: onboarding, incident response, vendor reviews. Playbooks are built once as reusable templates, then launched as tracked instances with live progress and an activity log.
Playbooks Library
The home base: every reusable template a team has built, with owner, last-used date, and use count at a glance. Grid and list views, search, and status filtering keep a growing library navigable.
Active Playbooks
Once a template is launched, it becomes a tracked instance here, with a live progress bar and step count so anyone can see how far along a given onboarding or incident actually is without opening it.
Instance Checklist (before)
A running instance broken into collapsible phases of checkable steps, each with an owner, alongside a live activity feed of who did what and when. Initial Setup is complete, and Configuration hasn't started yet.
Instance Checklist (after checking a step)
The same instance a moment later: "Configure system settings" is checked off, the phase progress updates from 0 of 2 to 1 of 2, and the activity feed would log the change in real time.
