End-to-end Figma product design for a workflow management app. Covers the full user journey: a two-card homepage, drag-and-drop phase editor, instance configuration dialogs, a three-panel checklist view with live progress tracking, and an activity log. Designed with a teal design system and interactive prototype published to Figma Sites.
